I feel very happy and privileged to be writing this message as the Chief Executive Officer of Core Team General Contracting Co. Ltd. We strives to develop and maintain an environment that encourages our energetic and diverse workforce to create value for our clients, by applying our vast plant maintenance experience, in-depth industry knowledge and expertise, we help our client transform their short term and long-term projects into reality much faster than anyone in Al Jubail, Eastern Province or Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
I am proud to be part of such a strong team of individuals at Core Team. Our core values, corporate culture and superior service set us apart from many other firms. We foster strong relationships, creative strategy and open communications with our clients and staff. At Core Team, we grow together. Everyone works "with" Core Team and not "for" Core Team. When people ask me, what makes Core Team execute projects much faster than many. My answer has been the same: "our customers are the lifeblood of our business and our people are our best asset." I firmly believe that our organization is only as great as those who work with us. Investing in talented and top-notch skilled workforce has always been a practice at Core Team.
Shortly after settling into their new roles, our employees quickly discover the hallmarks and founding traditions of our business. For more than 8 years, we've enjoyed a rich company history defined by family values and an enthusiastic entrepreneurial spirit. As evidenced by this incredible distinction, bringing family values and specialized plant maintenance knowledge to the workplace is one of the greatest competitive advantages my co-founder, Manoj Kumar, have brought to the business and I carry forward the same beliefs today.
